ALearn delivers high quality Math and College Readiness programs to low income, underserved students in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. Their summer and after-school programs for middle and high school youth increase their college eligibility and aspirations, significantly raising their college-going rates.
ALearn’s programs boost students’ critical math skills in pre-algebra, algebra, geometry and Common Core Math while providing study skills and tools that build a mindset of motivation and perseverance. College planning, information and field trips arm students with the knowledge and confidence that they need to get admitted to and succeed at college and beyond.
Since 2007, ALearn has helped over 8,000 youth get on a path to stronger academic achievement and college admission. In 2016, ALearn’s programs will serve over 1,500 students.
